Oh no it isn't! Tess got the ball - you can see it by the way Liz herds her. Buddy is just walking behind them, just in case one of them drops the ball.. Or maybe he thinks 'Let them walk ahead, I'll just see what they are up to!' He's pretty clever that boy ;)
